Located in the heart of Milan, Orefici 11 is the company’s first ever multi-brand store that features The North Face, Timberland and Napapijri.
Opening as a truly innovative retail destination, Orefici11 intends to build on the brands’ strengths and experiences to create a different approach to retail. Utilising a number of digital features, Orefici11 intends to connect with customers on many different levels, whilst allowing customers to transfer between the physical and digital elements of the store.
A virtual tour of the store is available, for guests to view the space without even having to enter it. Staff will also be utilising live videos to connect with customers as a safe alternative to in-store shopping in the wake of Covid-19. The store is also offering other services including electronic receipts, contactless payments and click and collect to remain appealing.
