The Dubai-born Vietnamese Foodies is to open its fifth location later this year in August following the Nakheel Mall opening a few months ago.
Just four years ago, Nguyen had one small restaurant in JLT, going on to occupy space in Dubai’s Burj Vista strip and a place in Time Out Market Dubai. The Dubai Hills Mall location will seat 60 people and feature usual Vietnamese staples such as pho, banh mi and a range of stir-fries and noodle dishes. It will also be the first Vietnamese Foodies with a dedicated coffee area and take-away window.
Nguyen, the new location is bringing her one step closer to realising her vision of offering Vietnamese food UAE wide: “Dubai Hills residents, and indeed all residents in and around the surrounding areas will soon be able to enjoy an authentic Vietnamese Foodies’ experience in their very own neighbourhood though our dine-in or through faster and more widely available delivery. Our continued growth is due to the amazing team that we have formed, as well as the love and support that we continue to receive from foodies across the UAE and region. We are grateful that we’ll soon be able to serve our customers in the Dubai Hills and surrounding areas,” added Nguyen.
Flooded with light and boasting a modern, sleek interior, Nguyen told Caterer Middle East the new outlet reflects her ambitions to elevate the brand’s standards.
