The niche perfume brand has opened the new boutique in the heart of the Parisian GoldenTraining in Paris.
Acquired in 2018 by Swiss company, Creative Perfume Company at the head of which is Russian businessman Vladimir Davidi, Vilhelm Parfumerie mostly boasts an online presence along with a small number of selective locations, such as corners at Saks in New York and Liberty in London.
Championing a physical retailing presence through the launch of their new store, Vilhelm Parfumerie have favoured an Art Deco setting for the 25sq m location, imagined by Jan Vilhelm Ahlgren, Founder of the brand and the architect Brieuc Larsonneur. The walls are adorned with yellow vegan leather, the emblematic colour of the brand. Brushed stainless steel for the flooring contrasts with a thick saffron woven carpet and on the ceiling, a total of 756 perfume bottles form a light installation.
The basement of the shop boasts a VIP area with a small lounge, a library and a bar where customers can enjoy a drink whilst enjoying the scents of the perfume sold in store.
Further stores for the brand are planned in Moscow and Turkey later in the year.
