The 31-storey, 318-room property includes an Extreme WOW Suite located on the thirtieth floor. It features 285sq m of space along with two bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and balcony.

In the lobby, the W Lounge takes inspiration from the Middle Eastern gold souks. It will host live music and nightly DJ sets.

Three dining venues include Ginger Moon, an indoor-outdoor space serving lunch and dinner; WET Deck, a poolside location serving cocktails, light bites and hosting DJ sets; and ATTIKO, a rooftop lounge serving Pan-Asian dishes which will open in June 2022.

Malakite, the hotel’s beach club and pool, is set to open in 2023. Providing over 8,000sq m of space, it is set around a 50-metre pool and private beach, playing host to a variety of performers throughout the day and night.

Other amenities at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi include a spa with four treatment rooms, and beauty bar and relaxation areas, a fitness centre in partnership with 1Rebel along with a dual-storey studio, and three function spaces for up to 120 people.
