Waitrose Launches Virtual Food and Drink Festival

Waitrose is launching its first ever Virtual Food and Drink Festival, which takes place between the 12th and 15th November.

Over the four days, guests can take part in live cooking lessons from the Waitrose Cookery School, brush up their kitchen skills at masterclasses with guest chefs Nathan Outlaw and Dhruv Baker, and find out what inspires Heston Blumenthal.

Waitrose drinks experts will share their tips and knowledge via wine talks, tastings and cocktail demos hosted by some of our favourite suppliers and producers, including Phillip Schofield, wine columnist for Waitrose Weekend. With more than 40 events, there’s something for everyone to enjoy – all from the comfort of home.

Martin George, Director of Customer, Waitrose says: “This event is unlike anything we’ve ever done before and replaces our annual Drinks Festival which we can’t hold in person this year due to the pandemic. We’re thrilled to be offering customers the very best of Waitrose in a virtual celebration of food and drink.”

Tickets are £15 for a one day pass.
