The popular Silicon Valley Mall is one of the first retail centres to introduce ZenSpace work spaces, or ‘SmartPods’.
The spaces will offer WiFi access and USB ports and allows users to customise lighting, temperature and access. The walls are noise-reducing and double temperature and laminated glass ensures the user has privacy. The work pods can be reserved either remotely or on-site at the mall.
Valley Fair, General Manager Sue Newsom, commented: “ZenSpace allows us to diversify the mall experience in a time where our guests desire to work, shop, dine, and relax all in the same place.”
Chief Revenue Officer, Ted Simon, commented: “This partnership with Westfield reflects our companies’ shared vision on how real estate operators can continue to expand their offerings to serve their customer base.”
