Set to be located in the heart of the city at 7 Frederick’s Place, the 750sq ft unit will house Where’s Fred’s sophisticated day-to-night concept.
Announced by The Mercers’ Company, the coffee and wine bar, that will seamlessly take consumers from brunch to evening drinks and nibbles will launch in the summer.
Owned by the Mercers’ Company, Frederick’s Place sits within a cul-de-sac adjacent to Bank station, and around the corner from The Ned. As part of a unique campus-style cluster of character buildings, 7 Frederick’s Place forms part of the Mercer’s Company City home estate renovation project which has undergone a £20M renovation over the last five years. Where’s Fred’s will offer an array of the popular brunch and lunch options that District does so well, alongside a casual evening menu featuring charcuterie boards and a selection of organic wines.
Chelsea Finch, Founder, Where’s Fred’s, commented: “I’m excited to branch out into the evening sector with an evolutionary concept based on the successful District brand. Tucked away in its own unique location, Frederick’s Place is the epitome of an inner-city cultural ecosystem, providing an exclusive location mostly discovered by word and mouth. We are excited to launch a new venue that will appeal to everyone – catering to office workers surrounding the area and capturing the London locals looking for either lunch or after-work drinks.”
