This is another shopping center from the Focus Estate Fund portfolio, where WSRE assumes property management and the first where it provides two management services in one facility for an external client.
White Star Real Estate has taken over the management of Galeria Sandecja in Nowy Sącz. Galeria Sandecja, featuring 17,649sq m GLA was built in 2009 as the first of its kind in Nowy Sącz. In early 2024, the investment was acquired by the Focus Estate Fund. Since April of this year, the facility has been managed by White Star Real Estate, thereby expanding its diverse portfolio of real estate assets and continuing its strategic partnership with the Luxembourg Fund.
