British womenswear brand, With Nothing Underneath (WNU), has opened its first standalone store in Belgravia.

In a significant move outside of its e-commerce roots, WNU has opened at 47 Elizabeth Street, taking 1,193sq ft of space. Joining luxury fashion brands such as ME+EM and NRBY, WNU will strengthen the retail offering on this popular Belgravia street, which is known for its lively outside dining and café culture.

Founded by Pip Durell, WNU create timeless shirts that use the finest organic materials to ensure its products have wardrobe longevity to outlast trends. Matching Grosvenor’s own ambitions of long-term environmental success, sustainability is a key part of WNU’s identity, which adopts ethical techniques and materials wherever possible.

WNU is the latest in a surge of 18 new signings across Mayfair and Belgravia in just six months, demonstrating the continued resilience of bricks and mortar retail in central London. Through Grosvenor’s partnership approach with occupiers, it has continued to introduce excellent, independent brands like WNU to the neighbourhood, adding to the over 500 retailers and food and beverage operators it partners with across Mayfair and Belgravia.

Bronnie Edwards, Associate Director of Retail, Grosvenor commented: “The arrival of With Nothing Underneath to Elizabeth Street adds another exciting retailer to Belgravia. The decision from WNU to open its first physical store with Grosvenor is incredibly important to us and reflects confidence in the appeal of the area and our support for occupiers through our collaborative marketing initiatives.”
