Construction has begun on the €50M District Outlet Centre in the North of Adelaide, within the commercial precinct of Parafield Airport.
The initial list of tenants includes world-renowned brands such as Puma, Skechers and Timberland and the upcoming 15,000sq m development will be the city’s only under-cover outlet shopping centre and become home to 45 local, national and international brands on a single-floor when it opens next year.
Executive GM of property at Parafield Airport, James Sangster, said the project would provide a “significant boost” for economic growth in the northern suburbs. “The DOC sits within our rapidly growing commercial precinct which is home to a variety of other retail and commercial businesses,” said Sangster.
