Swiss-headquartered luxury hospitality group Aman have announced its first Dubai location, with the Aman Dubai set to feature ultra-premium hospitality offerings in the prime coastal location of Jumeirah which will be the ‘most expensive hotel in Dubai’.
Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin confirmed that Aman Dubai is set to bag the title of the most expensive hotel in the city, akin to the group’s renowned property, Aman New York. “We are really doing a lot, it is not expensive because we want it to be expensive but the point is, it is a very big investment into this property so we need to get our return,” he said.
The development will feature a luxury hotel with an expansive private beach, exclusive branded residences, an Aman Spa spanning 2,000sq m, Aman Club and several F&B offerings.
Currently in the pre-development stage, real estate investment company Bright Start in collaboration with Aman Group will work on the project with delivery offered by UAE’s H&H Development.
