The launch of this natural ice rink is in line with the centres intentions to provide an experience alongside a retail offering. Customers can skate for free when making a purchase at any X-Madrid establishment, including leisure and restaurants of €25 or higher and presenting the receipt at the ice rink box office. There it will be stamped and customers will be given a free pass to the attraction. Otherwise, customers can purchase a ticket for €6.
A free or priced ticket both provide skates.
