JMK Retail, the developers and owners of the project, have announced that they are offering a limited number of sites for lease ahead of the centre’s opening this Autumn.
Yamanto Central is a Master Planned next generation community hub situated in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, Queensland. Anchored by key tenants Coles and Kmart, Yamanto Central will be the newest Sub-Regional shopping centre in the region in 12 years and will cater to 48,000 currently under serviced residents. Yamanto Central will be a thriving community hub with a mix of local independent operators and national chains.
The project is set to become a popular retail destination for the region. Vicki Leavy, JMK Retail GM, commented: “It’s simply the right time for Yamanto Central. Upon completion, Yamanto Central will offer a blend of mixed retail, speciality shops and essential services along with a covered outdoor dining precinct with seating for up to 300 guests and a lawn feature for picnics and kids’ play.
