Beginning from April 22, customers in Italy will be able to buy and sell second-hand items on the ‘Second Hand’ platform.
In an effort to make purchasing items through Zalando’s Second Hand service even more easy for customers, the platform have updated the store’s wish list, allowing customers to automatically see all the items they have purchased on Zalando. Customers will also be able to load the items purchased elsewhere onto the Zalando Second Hand service to sell on their own with a few simple clicks.
After selling the items, Italian customers will be able to choose whether they receive a Zalando voucher of the corresponding value or make a donation to one of the two charity partners involved, Croce Rossa and WeForest.
All of the second hand items available on the platform have been subjected to quality control and are catalogued in an up-to-date assortment available to millions of customers.
