In addition, many new tenants who have their flagship concepts in the centre continue to consistently improve the in-store experience.
Popeyes has today opened its first Warsaw restaurant in the centre and the fast food chain from Louisiana becomes the seventh new tenant to come to Złote Tarasy in 2023 after such brands as LUSH and Candy Pop. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is responsible for the re-commercialisation and property management for the scheme, expects to see more international debuts in the centre later this year.
Złote Tarasy is a five-level shopping centre with an area of over 66,000sq m. It has a portfolio of over 180 stores, including Van Graff, Converse Victoria’s Secret, Guess, Lacoste, LUSH, Sephora, Douglas, MAC, Marc O’Polo, Massimo Dutti and New Balance.
“Złote Tarasy is one of the best-known shopping centres in Poland. It boasts a diverse mix of retail, service and F&B outlets which it continues to expand and enhance. This year’s newcomers, in addition to Popeyes, include Eobuwie/Modivo, LUSH, Candy Pop, Ryłko, Hugo, Cofix and Zdrowa Krowa. Openings scheduled to take place in the run-up to Christmas include an Italian restaurant and wine store and a store of a fashion retailer that will debut on the Polish market,” comments Anna Oberc-Krzycka, Leasing Team Manager, Cushman & Wakefield.
